Easter eve dinner
Everything was delicious.
Patricia put together a perfect herb-spiced chicken, an avocado-tomato salad, and delighted us with these two yummy "roscas de pascua".
I tried to help out by making the concoction below.
The kids dubbed it Easter egg soup and no one ate it but me.
